Hamilton was formed to provide a specialist recruitment service for companies working in the UK energy sector, something we’ve been doing successfully for the past 10 years.

We work with a diverse range of clients, from the ‘big six’ supply companies to smaller commercial suppliers, energy consultancies and emerging renewable energy companies.

Our aim is to establish long term relationships with our clients so they come to rely on us for advice and expertise, not just for the candidates we can source. Our experience of working solely in this sector means we fully understand the technical nature of the industry.
